Return Policy

We hope you love your Moonlight Mischief purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other damage may not be accepted.

Final sale items, sale/clearance merchandise, gift cards, and accessories are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Because our inventory is limited, we’re unable to guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
